School/Grade categories are Ribbons only.
Entries not in place by 10 A.M. Wednesday, July 9, 2008 will be disqualified.
No Exhibitor Ticket required as entries will be made by grade delegate.

General Rules:

  1. Gather exhibit carefully, so as not to bruise or cut.
  2. Prepare by removing tops (all but 1 inch) from root crops and bottoms from leaf crops.
  3. Label your entry with the name of vegetable.
  4. All vegetables should be clean (do not scrub) and not bruised or cut.
  5. All vegetables should be on paper or Styrofoam plates or trays.

Section 1 - Vegetables

  1. Beans, (12) green
  2. Beets, (3) tops removed
  3. Beans, (12) yellow
  4. Broccoli, (1) head or small bunch
  5. Celery, (1) bunch
  6. Chard, (1) plant

  9. Garlic, (3) bulbs, any variety
