Horses must meet the health requirements listed in Afton Fair Premium Book as well as the Eligibility requirements.

Declaration Fee - $50.00 for New York County Fair Events.
Declaration Fee - $10.00 for events #5 & #6
Events #5 & #6 are limited to the first eight entries and require at least 5 entries.
Event #7 Raced under rules and conditions of the Delvin Miller Amateur Drivers Association and requires at least 5 entries.
Declarations close 10:00 AM, Monday July 7, 2008.
The Association reserves the right to reject any entry, substitute, rearrange or declare off any race or races.
Stall space is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. No reserving stalls!
Negative Coggins and Rabies Vaccination Certificate dated within the last 12 months must be presented to the Race Secretary prior to post time.
