Miss Afton Fair Contest

The 2012 Miss Afton Fair Contest will take place at the 88BC/Afton Sertoma Stage on Saturday, July 14 at 1:00 pm.

2012 Miss Afton Fair Rules

Categories

Miss Afton has 3 entry categories.

• Little Miss Afton Fair is open to girls 5-9.
• Junior Miss Afton Fair is open to girls 9-12.
• Miss Teen Afton Fair is open to girls 13-19.

Appearances

Each contestant makes 2 appearances:

• Casual Wear - any informal outfit (casual dresses, pants and top, shorts and shirt etc.).
• Formal Wear - dress, gowns.
• Business Attire - skirt or slacks and a blouse and a jacket (for Miss Teen Interview).

Judging Categories

Each contestant will be judged in four categories:

• An interview with a panel of judges
• Casual Wear
• Formal Wear
• A one minute speech on any subject

Date, Time, Place

The Afton Fair Pageant is July 14, 2012 at 1:00 pm on the 88BC/Afton Sertoma Stage. Check in time is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. We will accept walk in entries the day of the show. The Miss Teen Interview will be held between 11:00 am and noon in Business Attire.

Prizes

Every winner receives a sash, tiara, and trophy.
