The Afton Fair is organized and managed by the Afton Driving Park and Agricultural Association, Inc. (Afton Driving Park) a not for profit corporation. The mission of the Afton Driving Park is to provide education in agriculture, agricultural events, and entertainment for the communities and youth surrounding Afton, in Chenango County New York. The Afton Fair is the main event put on by the Afton Driving Park and is one of only a few small town fairs left in New York State. The 119th Afton Fair will take place from Tuesday July 8th through Sunday, July 13th 2008.
The Afton Fair collects phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, business names and other information through our data collection forms and through email. The Afton Fair will use this information only to make necessary contact with you in order to provide requested information, including entry forms and vendor applications, scheduling of events and customer service. Under no circumstance will the Afton Fair release your private information to anyone who is not directly involved in the fair as a board member or supervisor of the event in which your are inquiring about.
We will not post your email address on our website unless you specifically request us to do so. If we do post your email, at your request, we will use masking techniques, to try to protect your email address from spam.
