122nd Afton Fair Advertising Opportunities

The Board of Directors of the Afton Driving Park are all volunteers. All sponsorship money goes to paying for educational displays, contests and entertainment at the Fair!

The Board of Directors of the Afton Driving Park and Agricultural Society, Inc. is in the process of planning the 122nd Afton Fair, which will be held from Wednesday, July 20, 2011 through Sunday, July 24, 2011. Gillette Shows will return as the midway provider.

We will hold a Youth Dairy Show, and will have educational exhibits, Harness Racing, the Open Horse Show, a Demolition Derby, music and many other events.

Afton Fair Advertising Packages

We are currently seeking advertising partners for the 2011 Afton Fair. The benefits include fence signage, tower signage, tri-fold schedule listing and event recognition. Which benefits you receive depend on which advertising package you choose. The Afton Fair Board will negotiate additional benefits for individuals or companies who choose a advertising package of $501 and above. Our advertising package order form has full details.

Website Advertising

Purchase a text listing, logo or an informational listing on this website with a link to your website if applicable. Pricing ranges from $25 to $75 and your text ad or logo will be placed on one of the 5 most viewed pages of the website, as well as one other page. The ads will remain on the website until April of 2012. Full information is on the order form.

Newsletter Advertising

The Afton Driving Park and Agricultural Association, Inc. releases newsletters leading up to and immediately after the fair is done. We have limited space available for advertising in each newsletter at reasonable rates. Advertising for one issue is $20. Hard copies of the Newsletter are distributed in the Coventry, Bainbridge and Afton areas and each newsletter is available on the website as a pdf. Visit our Newsletter page to read past issues of the Newsletter. Each newsletter will be available on the website for at least 2 years.
