119th Afton Fair Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities

The Board of Directors of the Afton Driving Park are all volunteers. All sponsorship money goes to paying for entertaiment at the Fair!

The Board of Directors of the Afton Driving Park and Agricultural Society, Inc. are in the final stages of planning the 119th Afton Fair, to be held from Tuesday, July 8th through Sunday, July 13th 2008. We will hold Youth Beef Show, and will have educational exhibits, Harness Racing, the Horse Show, Total Destruction Demolition Derby, music and many other events. We have also signed a contract with Main Events Amusements for the midway for this years fair. Our main attraction for the 2008 fair will be announced soon!

Afton Fair Premium Book

The Afton Fair Premium Book is the official program for the Afton Fair. It provides rules and regulations for entering animals, and other exhibits into contests, lists the pay outs (premiums) for winners, and provides entry forms for all agricultural and grandstand events including the popular Demolition Derby. It also provides a daily schedule, and additional information on performers and exhibits present at the fair, as well as information about contributors, sponsors, and advertisements.

The 2008 Afton Fair Premium Book has gone to print. We will place business card sized (approximate) ads on our website for $25. See the Web Advertising section below.

Afton Fair Sponsorship Opportunities

We are currently seeking sponsors for the wide variety of entertainment that will be available at the Afton Fair this year. This includes sponors for our Main Attraction, Grandstand Events, Entertainment Tent events, and other activities in the park. We will accept all levels of sponsorship. The benefits you receive for your sponsorship will be based on how much you sponsor.

Website Advertising

Our website was viewed over 40,000 times during June and July of 2007.

Purchase text ad or logo on this website with a link to your website if applicable. Pricing ranges from $15 to $40 and your text ad or logo will be placed on one of the 6 most viewed pages of the website, as well as one other page. We are also placing Business Card Sized ads on our website for those who missed the deadline for our Premium Book. Ads will be placed when received and will be removed from the site in December.
