"The Entertainment Tent" has been renamed the "88 BC/Afton Sertoma Stage" in appreciation for the materials support and funding received from each of them that made building the stage in 2007 possible.

Motor Mania Day

Admission:
Age 18 and above - $6.00,
age 13 - 17 - $3.00,
Age 12 and under Free.

Pay one Price for rides from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM -- $12.00.

Sunday July 13th, 2008 is Motor Mania Day.

The Horse Show will continue today at the horse ring. Other events today include the Central New York Garden Tractor Pullers, the Antique Tractor Pullers, the Afton Fair Baby Contest and a Kiddie Tractor Pull. Mended, Cortney Lyn and Familiar Noise will perform at the 88 BC/Afton Sertoma Stage.

Agricultural Events

Day 2 of the Afton Fair Open Horse Show will begin at about 9:00 AM at the Horse Ring. Today the Miniature & Driving Horse competions will occur.

88 BC/Afton Sertoma Stage Events

Mended will perform Acoustic Christian Music from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Cortney Lyn will perform from 12:00 PM until 12:30 PM.

There will be a "Bikes for Kids Drawing" for children age 5 to 10 at 2:00 PM. Children can enter the contest by filling out a ticket at the Afton Sertoma Club. Child must be present to win.

Be sure to stop by the 88 BC/Afton Sertoma Stage this afternoon from 2:00 PM through 5:00 PM to listen to the original music of the local band Familiar Noise. They perform a mix of Folk Rock, Blues and Alternative music and released a CD titled "Simpler Times" earlier this year.

Come listen to country duo Donny & Sandy perform daily at the Afton Fair in the Beer Tent. They have entertained at fairs, rodeos, nightclubs and RV Parks for over 18 years. They will perform songs by George Jones, Willie Nelson, Paul Overstreet, Hank Sr., Tammy Wynette, Patsy Cline and many more!

There will be a Kiddie Tractor Pull form 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM by the Cattle Show Tent.
